Tasting Notes -
JARRAH - Considered the best of WA's honeys. Jarrah honey is packed with anti-oxidant and anti-microbial properties. Jarrah has low glucose and high fructose levels and due to these sugar ratios will not candy/crystalise.
Above all, Jarrah is a rich, complex and flavoursome honey. It is often eaten on its own so these qualities can be fully enjoyed.
TA levels in the 60s and 70s. Stronger antibacterial strength than
Manuka. High in antioxidants. Low Glycemic Index. Promotes beneficial
gut bacteria. Immune and sore throat support. Wound healing.
