We are processing and dispatching online orders in accordance with strict measures to ensure the upmost safety of our staff and our customers.

Due to the ongoing challenges presented by the COVID-19 virus, please be aware that orders may take longer than usual to process or arrive.

We dispatch all orders from the WA Visitor Centre in the Perth CBD within 1-3 business days Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All deliveries are sent securely via Sendle, with a signature required on delivery and tracking as standard. However where necessary due to COVID 19 restrictions, ‘Authority to Leave’ may be the only option available for delivery, find out more information here.

Deliveries to addresses outside of metro areas may take longer to arrive.

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer shipping to overseas.

No. Orders are only delivered to an Australian residential or work address.

• Refer to the tracking number emailed to you when the order was confirmed. Check the tracking status of the order on the Sendle website. If the delivery has been delayed, updates will be posted on the tracking page.

• Ensure we have the correct delivery details - check the order confirmation to ensure we have the correct delivery address for your order.

• If you are unsure about the status of your order please call us on 1800 812 808 or email info@wavisitorcentre.com.au making sure to quote your order number.

If you change your mind on an item, we allow returns and exchanges on selected items for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and your are responsible for postage costs to and from WA Visitor Centre.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on some products. If you would like to return or exchange your product please refer to Refunds Policy for more information and contact us.

Whilst every measure is taken to pack and protect your order properly, accidents can happen.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away 1800 812 808 or email us at info@wavisitorcentre.com.au.

Please take and email us images of the damaged items so that we can fully investigate.

Upon your advice and receipt of images of the damaged product, we will review and organise a replacement to be sent to you if appropriate.

We are located at 55 William Street, Perth WA 6000, our current opening hours can be found on here.

We aim to support has many local suppliers and producers as possible. The majority of our range is WA or Australian made.

Yes you can. Please let us know via the special notes area during the checkout process. Please include any personalised messages for inclusion and we will also ensure the tax invoice is not included in the shipping.
