Temporary Shipping Arrangements - Update Wednesday 14/01/2026

Due to the sudden halt in Sendle operations and with no clear news if operations will resume, all orders made will not be processed for another 5-7 business days until alternative arrangements can be found.

International Shipping is temporarily suspended during this time.

We are hope to have normal operations resume within the next 5-7 business days

Shipping Policy Australia Wide Shipping:

Standard delivery starts from $9.17, exact costs are calculated at the checkout. There is a $5 handling fee applicable to each order.

Online shop orders are delivered via Sendle 

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and packing your order before shipment.

We will email your tracking details when your order has been posted.

Where available, you can track your delivery at Sendle’s tracking page.

The Western Australian Visitor Information Centre takes no responsibility for delivery delays caused by Sendle.

Please note shipping to PO Boxes is not possible.

Australia Standard Delivery Times:

• Perth Metropolitan Area: (1-2 business days)
• All other major Australian metropolitan areas: (3-5 business days)
• Remote and Regional Areas: (4-6 business days)

International Shipping

International Shipping has been temporarily stopped. Once a new shipping partner is fully intergrated, international shipping will resume.
