As per Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if an item you bought from the WA Visitor Centre is faulty, unsafe or doesn’t do what it is intended to do, we will replace the item or refund the value of item to you. Refunds will be provided in the same format as your original payment. It will be at our discretion, based on individual circumstances whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
As per ACL, you will be responsible for returning the product to us, however if there is a fault with your product you are entitled to claim reasonable postage costs. Please contact us for more information.
Refunds (if applicable)
On receipt of the returned goods we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund, after inspecting the item/s.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund as per the original method of payment. You will receive the credit from WA Visitor Centre / The Tourism Group within a certain number of days based on the type of refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns and Exchanges:
If you have changed your mind, we allow returns and exchanges on selected items for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and with tags and/or labels and you are responsible for postage costs to/from the WA Visitor Centre.

Please note, we take no responsibility for damage that is not caused by our conduct, products or if the damage relates to something independent of the WA Visitor Centre after the items left our control. However, we will assist and work through this with you to the best of our abilities.
