The Nougat and Nice Story
Located in Bunbury, Western Australia, Nougat & Nice specialises in crafting premium, handmade nougat. All of our nougat and products are lovingly prepared in their Southwest kitchen. Established in 2016 by pâtissier chef Sarah Sorensen, Nougat & Nice creates handcrafted nougat made with more natural honey, richer flavour, and a beautifully smooth finish. Every batch is lovingly made to share joy and a touch of “Nice” with every customer.
