Marshall's Western Australian Honey is a family run apiary based in the Perth hills. They produce premium, raw honeys made in small batches of seasonal varieties
Tasting Notes -
JARRAH - Considered the best of WA's honeys. Jarrah honey is packed with anti-oxidant and anti-microbial properties. Jarrah has low glucose and high fructose levels and due to these sugar ratios will not candy/crystalise.
Above all, Jarrah is a rich, complex and flavoursome honey. It is often eaten on its own so these qualities can be fully enjoyed.
PARROTBUSH - Parrot Bush is a dark and handsome honey. It has been likened to maple syrup in flavour, which is a noticeable feature. This honey is enjoyed in a range of applications from sweetening tea to drizzling on pancakes. Parrot Bush has many return customers.
REDGUM - Redgum, also high in antimicrobial properties, is a lighter and more subtle tasting honey. This honey is a favourite for those who prefer a caramel flavour. Redgum is popular with children and in breakfasts that require only mild flavour addition.
CREAMED HONEY - Creamed honey is simply crystalised honey that has very fine natural sugar crystals, rather than the coarse grains found in some honeys. This is achieved through a process of adding a fine quality creamed honey to liquid honey and whipping it.
