Tasting Notes
White Pearl Gin - Native Australian botanicals are combined with fruits and spices that were once brought to Broome’s shores from seafaring traders including tamarind and mango.
Black Pearl Aniseed Spirit - Black Pearl is an aniseed base distilled spirit - it's like an Ouzo, but better! The base of native aniseed myrtle, an ancient liquorice-tasting ingredient that has been used by traditional healers for centuries to treat digestive issues, is enhanced by the addition of star anise and fennel seeds.
Roebuck Bay Bitters is an artisanal bitters crafted from over twenty botanicals and spices, with mountain pepperberry and Australian saltbush providing the quintessential bittersweet taste. Native West Australian botanicals sit front and centre of the flavour profile of this unique spirit.
