The colour and tone of this gin has been inspired by the beautifully subtle pink hue of the Pinky's Beach shore at sunrise and sunset. The taste is a lighter-style gin with a sweet floral note created from a blend of Morton Bay figs, Red Karkalla (Pig Face), Rottnest Island Daisy seeds, coriander seeds and a reduced amount of Juniper.
Whatever the reason, Rottnest Island Distilling Company have used this wonderful bay as inspiration for their first Limited Edition Gin.
